Helpdesk and Client Support
EYEBALL is an online self-service helpdesk and client support solution
that facilitates good customer service while improving your internal systems and efficiencies.

EYEBALL sits at the centre of your helpdesk function and enables you to track and monitor
resolution progress of requests or issues coming from your clients.

EYEBALL can be used as both a back office and front office system.

Client request can come through various channels (email, phone, facebook, twitter etc).
The agents receiving these requests will log them in EYEBALL which then becomes a
central repository from where issues will be managed.

     


EYEBALL is designed to streamline service and support functions and is utilized by all departments
within your organization with the primary goal of delivering an enhanced and consistent organization- wide customer experience.

EYEBALL can be used for both internal and external support operations in all industries.

Role based
EYEBALL is a role based application. There are three main roles:
Client (customer),
Agent (internal staff/ issues resolvers) and
Administrator (internal staff/ helpdesk).

EYEBALL user access is determined by the role the user belongs to.
